• Sewer adaptors or elbows must be used if using our sewer on-site or our sani dump.
• Check in is anytime after 2 pm. If you arrive after the RV office is closed, please come check in the following day.  Check out is by 11 am.  Please remember to keep all food, garbage and recyclables inside your RV at all times.
• Please make travel arrangements accordingly as early check-ins are not permitted. Not all sites are able to accommodate awnings.
• Fairmont Hot Springs Resort (FHSR) reserves the right to deny access to our property and services for any reason.
• The reservation holder accepts all responsibility for any member of the party and/or all visiting guest(s).
• Please be a courteous camper and keep all noise levels to a minimum. Quiet time is 10:30pm – 8:30am.
• We are a pet-friendly RV park; please read our pet policy.
• Our RV park is family-friendly, we have a zero-tolerance policy for public intoxication and vulgar language. Violation of this will result in immediate eviction and involvement of law enforcement if necessary.
• Our RV park has a zero-tolerance policy for threatening or verbal abuse towards all staff members. Violation of this will result in immediate eviction and involvement of law enforcement if necessary.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult while in the outdoor pool.
• Do not leave any food, waste, or garbage in or around your site as it attracts wildlife. There are Bear safe garbage bins provided throughout the park.
• Any site that leaves food, waste, or garbage unattended or leaves behind a mess after check-out will be charged a $75 cleaning fee.
• Alcohol, Cannabis, Smoking, and Vaping may be consumed on the registered site but is prohibited in all public areas of the RV park.
• Fireworks are prohibited on all FHSR property. Use of Fireworks will result in immediate eviction.
• FHSR assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property, injury to person or pets.
• No parking on any roadway, laneway, or site other than your own. Violations will be dealt with accordingly and may result in being towed to an approved parking area at the owner’s cost. The Campground’s speed limit is 10km/hr.
• Please do not disrupt the natural ecosystem or the curated grounds greenery of the FHSR property. Leave all trees, plants, flowers, rocks, etc. as they are.
• Please refrain from the use of damaging products on FHSR trees. This includes but is not limited to nails, screws, hooks, axes, etc.
• Fairmont Hot Springs Resort is a drone-free property due to the proximity of the airport. This is a Transport Canada regulation; violators will be fined according to Federal regulations.
• We allow propane firepits and bowls only, and we do NOT allow any woodburning appliances or firepits.

• All changes to an existing reservation are subject to a minimum $25 change fee. These fees are non-refundable. 
• Multiple changes will result in multiple change fees. 
• All reservations cancellations over 30 days are subject to a $50 or one night  charge whichever is less
• All reservation cancellations from 11-30 days  will result in a  1-night non-refundable charge 
• Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival date are non-refundable for entire reservation. 
• After check-in, no refunds will be given for an early departure, regardless of reason, no exceptions.
• Full payment will be forfeited for all cancellations made within 10 days prior to arrival date. 
• Booking credit will be given for mandatory evacuation only. All evacuation credits will expire at the end of the issued calendar year.

• Refunds will not be given for inclement weather or excessive heat/sunshine, wildlife, insects, air/water quality, excessive weeds, fire or liquor bans, personal vehicle or trailer trouble, getting lost, road construction or road closures, Spruce Grove Campground conditions (i.e., poor customer service, unsatisfactory conditions, etc.) or eviction. 
• Refunds will not be given for pre-existing medical conditions that may trigger during your stay (i.e., Asthma attack from campfire or wildfire smoke, a reaction to an insect sting/bite) or if a member of your party becomes ill but does not require medical attention. 
• Refunds will not be given for change of plans due to arrangements falling through (i.e., childcare, pet care, or getting called into work). 
• Refunds will not be given for reducing the number of nights once checked in. 
• If a technical issue occurs during the booking process or making changes through the online reservation portal, a refund can be made. 
• Sites that are reserved with a lock fee and the first night's fee are non-refundable. Lock fees are non-refundable. 

• Ensure you book a site that can accommodate your RV and tow vehicle as not all sites can accommodate all RV sizes. No refunds will be given for incorrect bookings by the reservation holder. 
• You must have a certified RV or motorhome to reserve a site in the RV Resort. Trucks with truck caps, roof-top tents, or converted vans or buses that are not certified will not be allowed. If you arrive in a non-certified unit or something other than what is indicated on the reservation, your reservation will be canceled and charged as per the cancellation policy. No tents are allowed in the RV Resort. Please book at our Spruce Grove Campground. 
• If the RV Park office is closed upon arrival, check-in & payment instructions are posted outside the office door. 
• No extra charge for up to two adults and dependent children under 18 years of age (additional guests $5 per person per night plus taxes. 8 guests per site maximum). 
• All reservations are allowed one RV & one vehicle per site; any additional vehicles must obtain a parking permit. All vehicles that cannot park on the site due to size limitations or additional vehicles must park in the upper lot located by the RV Park Office, no exceptions. 
• All reservations are subject to a non-refundable deposit. 
• Reservation balances are due 7 days before arrival. 
• All confirmed reservations are non-transferable and subject to change in fees as per our Change, Refund & Cancellation Policy. 

We are pet-friendly, but please make sure your furry friends know the rules: 

• Pet-friendly! Complimentary for 1 pet during your stay.  Additional pet is $5 CAD per night per pet plus applicable taxes.
• A maximum 6-foot (3m) hand-held leash is required whenever the animal is being walked on Resort property. 
• Pets must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 
• Dogs must be on a leash at all times if they are outside of the RV.
• Please do not tie your pets to picnic tables or a ground anchor. 
• Please refrain from using pet enclosures. 
• The owner of the pet(s) is responsible for the immediate pick-up & deposit of waste into the garbage bins located around the RV Resort; doggie bags are located throughout the Resort. 
• Please respect other guests when walking your pets around the RV Resort. 
• Pets are not permitted in the pool area, playground, restrooms, laundry, picnic shelter, pavilion, or any other indoor common areas. 
• Please be a good neighbor. If your pet is disturbing other guests, you will be asked to control your pet. 
• Cats are allowed at the RV Resort, but may not roam freely & must remain in the RV or on a leash. 

We are lucky to share our backcountry with various wildlife, so it is important to be aware of safety tips to help keep you and your family safe. Be sure to clean up after all meals and dispose of garbage in the appropriate facilities. Be sure to lock up all food, cosmetics, and anything that smells ‘yummy’ to a bear, especially fish! While staying in bear country, keep children close and in sight and stay on all marked trails. If you spot a bear, make a wide detour and leave the area immediately. Make loud noises and warnings signs.
