We are operating our pools with extreme caution, and by following all government and the Provincial Health Officer’s orders and guidelines to keep everyone safe.
As such, certain elements of the experience are different including maximum occupancy, current admittance for registered overnight Lodge Guests and RV Lodge Guests only, hours of operations, and certain access time allotments to ensure strict physical distancing, sanitizing and cleaning protocols.
The health, safety and well-being of our people, the Columbia Valley communities, our team members, guests and visitors have been our priority and focus. We know each decision we make has a broad impact far and beyond our operations.
Following the most current health & safety orders and guidelines, the public natural mineral hot springs pools will temporarily be open only to registered overnight guests of Fairmont Hot Springs Resort and Fairmont Hot Springs RV Resort during allotted time slots for each group, with a strict maximum of 150 visitors permitted in the pool area at any one time.
These temporary restrictions are due to provincial health & safety orders and regulations regarding public pools and special lifeguard training for higher occupancy which is not yet available in the province.
ANNUAL & SPRING PASSES 2020 – REFUND POLICIES
We know that a re-opening would bring joy to you and our team alike however with health and safety orders and guidelines continuously evolving, taking extreme caution in how and when we will re-open our public pools fully is our legal and social responsibility and the right thing to do under the current circumstances. We therefor offer the following refund policies:
12 Months Passes
For anyone who currently holds an unexpired 12 Months Pass: We will refund the full balance amount on a pro-rated basis, effective from March 1st, 2020 to the expiry date of the pass.
For anyone who currently holds a Spring Pass valid from April 2020 – June 2020: We will refund the full balance amount on a pro-rated basis, effective from March 1st, 2020 to the expiry date of the pass.
We will contact all eligible guests shortly. All refunds will be processed via cheque and mailed out by August 15th, 2020.
Due the health & safety of guests, visitors and team members, please do NOT visit our resort or our activities desk inquiring about your refund. Should you have not received your refund by the end of August or if you have any questions, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are monitoring these health & safety orders and regulations closely and we will open the pools to the public as soon as possible and when permitted, and we will inform our community right away.
