What time is check-in and check-out? 

  • Check-in starts at 4 pm (Mountain Time). 
  • Check-out time is 11 am. 


What's the deposit policy for room payments? 

  • If you choose to pay with cash or interact, a $200 deposit is required upon check-in. 


Are pets allowed at the Resort? 

  • Pets are not permitted in the lodge, but we have dog-friendly rooms available. 


Is smoking allowed at the Resort? 

  • We are a non-smoking Resort, but we have designated smoking areas. 


Can I request a specific room number or location? 

  • We do not guarantee specific room numbers or locations, but we will do our best to accommodate such requests. 


Do you provide cots at the Resort? 

  • We do not have cots available at the Resort. 


Can I bring a BBQ to the Resort lodge? 

  • BBQs are not permitted at the Resort lodge. 

Can I bring my dog to the Resort? 

  • We welcome dogs in designated rooms. Please read our Dog Policy for guidelines. 


How do I notify the Resort about my dog? 

  • You must inform us at the time of booking, at check-in, and sign a mandatory Dog Policy form. 


Is there a fee for bringing a dog? 

  • There is a charge of $35.00 per room, per night, plus taxes, for dogs. 


What happens if I don't notify the Resort about my dog? 

  • Failure to notify us will result in a surcharge of $300 per dog and the need for alternate accommodation. 


Are there areas where dogs are not allowed? 

  • Dogs are not allowed in the main lodge or Food & Beverage areas, except for guide and service dogs. 


Are there any rules for dogs on the Resort property? 

  • Dogs must be leashed, and aggressive dogs are not allowed. Clean up after your dog, and be mindful of wildlife. 


Who is responsible for damages caused by my dog? 

  • You are responsible for damages, including odors, stains, and excessive hair, and may incur additional cleaning charges. 


What's the limit for dogs per room? 

  • A maximum of two dogs are allowed per room, with a maximum weight of 75 lbs or 34 kg. 

What is the deposit policy for bookings? 

  • A one-night deposit plus applicable taxes is charged at the time of booking, with the remainder due upon check-in. 


What is the cancellation policy? 

  • Reservations can be changed or canceled at no charge up to 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations after that time are 100% non-refundable. 

What is the Resort Experience Fee? 

  • The daily resort experience fee of $27.00 per room plus taxes includes various amenities and activities. [Learn More](insert link).


What's included in the Resort Experience Fee? 

  • The fee includes access to pools, hot springs, exercise facilities, Wi-Fi, parking, mini golf, and more. 


Are there any restrictions on included activities? 

  • Some activities and guided tours are subject to availability, so reservations are strongly recommended.
