What It Is

You’ll be securing the Resort property during the evening, observing and reporting any incidents which happen during your shift.

Things You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for ensuring the property is secure after hours, reporting on any areas which may be insecure; patrol common areas and discourage inappropriate activities of guests or staff; respond to requests for first aid by guests or staff and contacting appropriate responders; representing the interest of the Resort during off-hours; any other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

We’d like you to have:

  • Security designation as required by BC Law
  • First Aid mandatory, Level 3 First Aid preferred
  • Computer literate
  • Able to communicate effectively with the public
  • High school diploma
  • Security clearance

For Your Information

You’ll likely be:
  • Working midnight shifts, shift work is mandatory
  • Using physical exertion, being physically fit is recommended
  • Taking breaks when possible, as you’re always “on call” during your shift

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll be reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager.
