What It Is

You’ll administers professional massage and body treatments to our guests and have thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities, posses a general understanding of body treatments and be willing to train in our spa’s specific offerings. Further, you’ll hold and maintain a current registration number and be willing to maintain their registration.

Thing You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for providing consistent professional services as per spa protocols; effectively educating our guests about wellness concerns; having a flexible schedule to support the spa; properly caring for equipment; having knowledge and understanding of all spa services and products and promoting them effectively; upholding sanitation and sterilization standards; performing prep work, cleaning and stocking all areas; maintaining a positive attitude; regularly attend training sessions and staff meetings; any other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

  • Certification as a BC Registered Massage Therapist is a big asset
  • Enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills
  • Basic communication skills
  • Great communication and listening skills
  • Desire to learn continuously and be a team player

You’ll likely be:

  • Working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Working weekends and a flexible schedule
  • Standing for long periods of time
  • Crouching, kneeling and carrying laundry
