Another Successful Wine Festival!
Wow! What a weekend we had here at Fairmont Hot Springs Resort! Wine, good friends, delicious food and tons of fun! This years’s Wine Festival was another resounding success and we couldn’t have done it without you! Friday night kicked off the Festival will our astounding 5 course wine paired dinner created by our executive chef Martin Collis and his culinary team. Asian inspired chicken salad, salmon sashimi, beef tenderloin and so many other treasures that were perfect palate pleasers. We had a record attendance on Saturday night with close to 450 guests enjoying over 200 wines and delicious food. Following the wine tasting event Valley Forged and L8 took the stages in Bears Paw Bar & Grill and Mountain Flowers Restaurant to kick off the after parties where our guests danced the night away!
