After taking ownership of Fairmont Hot Springs on September 23, 2006, Ken Fowler Enterprises (KFE) assembled a Planning & Development Team whose expertise and experience are equaled only by their passion and enthusiasm. After a scrupulous review of the community’s offerings, they began work on a new master plan designed to dramatically elevate the quality of the community with brand new mineral hot pools, a new village, improved golf, an expansion of the ski resort and much more. Guided at all times by a desire to ‘do it right’, our team has produced a master plan that reflects in every impressive detail the time and care that went into its creation.
