Booking & Cancellation Policy

 

Fairmont Hot Springs Resort requires a 20% deposit at the time of booking for all room nights and packages. The remaining portion will be charged seven days before arrival. Cancellation before seven days of your arrival is 100% refundable. Cancellation within the seven-day period is non-refundable. Rates are based on double occupancy. Add $15 per additional person, per night room stay only. Children ages 12 & under stay FREE.

 

Rates are subject to applicable taxes (12% BC HST, 2% Resort Association Fee, and $2 per night EcoStay fee). All rates are quoted in Canadian funds and are subject to change. Lodge guests enjoy unlimited access to our hot mineral pools during pool hours at no additional cost. Conditions may apply to all packages and programs.
