Located in the Conference Centre at the Lodge, the Cedar Room is the largest banquet facility available and is accented with cedar panelling and a carpeted floor. There is a kitchen facility adjacent to the room.

Located in the Conference Centre at the Lodge, this room can be sectioned off into two rooms. It has a carpeted floor and track lighting.
- Spruce Room 1,024 sq ft, capacity 65
Located in the Conference Centre at the Lodge, the Spruce Room can be sectioned off into two rooms. This room has a carpeted floor, windows to the pool view, and access to the adjacent Birch Room.

Located in the Conference Centre at the Lodge, the Birch Room mirrors the Spruce Room. This room has a carpeted floor, windows to the pool view, and access to the Spruce Room.
- Ski Chalet 1,170 sq ft, capacity 170
Located at the base of the ski hill, 3 km from the Lodge, the two-story, post and beam Chalet is available for private functions from May until December. There is a full kitchen, bar, and gas burning fireplace onsite. A large deck wraps the building on the second level, and overlooks a stunning panoramic view of the Columbia Valley and the Purcell Mountains. Rental of this facility is for the entire building unless otherwise arranged.

This room seats up to 12 people around a large conference table. Also provided is a coffee station, refrigerator, bathroom, , and a 52” flat panel monitor. The boardroom is located in the Lodge on the 500 level.
Mountainside Clubhouse 2,750 sq ft, capacity 100
Located at the Mountainside Golf Course, 1 km from the Lodge, Mountainside Clubhouse features panoramic golf course views and a post and beam construction. There is a patio, lounge and dining area, complete with a stage and a dance floor. Use of this facility is by request only between April and October. An ideal location for wedding receptions.
