General Policies
Our Booking & Cancellation Policy: Fairmont Hot Springs Resort requires a 20% deposit at the time of booking for all room nights and packages. The remainder payment will be processed seven days prior to arrival. Cancellation before seven days of your arrival is 100% refundable. Cancellation within the seven day period is non-refundable.
- Check in time is 4:00 pm (Mountain Time).
- Check out time is 11:00 am.
- Sorry, pets are not permitted in the Lodge. We do have a limited amount of pet dog only rooms in Juniper Lodge, please call reservations for more details. http://www.fairmonthotsprings.com/places-to-stay/pet-policy
- The Lodge is a non-smoking building. Please do not smoke in any guest rooms or on the balcony or patio area.
- Other than one-of-a-kind specialty rooms, we cannot guarantee room numbers or specific room locations; however, we will do our utmost to accommodate such requests.
- Sorry, we do not have children's cots available at the resort.
