It's safe to say we were all on the edges of our seats here at Fairmont Hot Springs Resort for the premiere episode of Amazing Race Canada. The Race started off in Niagra Falls, ON where the teams almost immediately had to find their tickets to Kelowna. Once in Kelowna, the teams had to locate their next clue under the Blue Bear. After spending the night in the marina, their next adventure brought them to the water where one team member had to dive down into the Okanagan lake and locate the rather shy Ogopogo.   Read more

Wedding season is in full swing here at Fairmont Hot Springs Resort, so it's high time we show you the beautifully finished Outdoor Wedding Site. Couples and their guests are going to be dazzled by the gorgeous view of the Columbia Valley - you can almost see to Invermere! Construction on the deck began in early 2013. Spanning 50 feet by 100 feet, it is a huge structure and can host weddings small and large. The site was completed in late spring and has already hosted a few weddings. Desperados & Sundance Cafe

The ski chalet features not only Desperados Restaurant, but also a cafeteria with a large offering of menu items, snacks and drinks. Bring the whole family, kick off those ski boots, and refuel before hitting the BC mountain slopes again.

The SKi Hill is now closed for 2015. Thank you for a great season!


Desperados Restaurant is located at our ski chalet and offers a varied selection of appetizers and main meals. With many items homemade in the ski chalet kitchen you can enjoy soups, salads, burgers and so much more at 4,000 ft with nothing but stunning panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains around you.
