Responsibilities:

• Show up for scheduled shift on time and in proper uniform each day
• Communicate before and during shift in kitchen with chef de partie/lodge chef as to primary tasks to be achieved
• Complete training as execute assigned station with precision and consistency
• Follow health & safety procedures and adhere to safety regulations
• Continuously put forth a positive effort
• Monitoring prep levels based on business levels
• Work all stations in kitchen with confidence &  success
• Ability to read, translate & execute all recipe specifications

Duties include but not limited to supervising, training and scheduling Reservation Agents and ensuring all procedures are performed to the Resort’s standards.  Identifying opportunities to maximize resort revenue while ensuring optimum customer service will be a focus for the Reservations Supervisor.
