Stay and Soak
Crystal clear and all natural, the mineral hot springs in BC at Fairmont Hot Springs Resort are a legendary attraction and also Canada’s largest natural hot springs. Slip into the soothing hot water and feel your worries wash away as you gaze through the steam toward stunning views of the Rocky Mountains.
Fairmont Hot Springs – Immerse Yourself
The rising steam greets you as you look down from the resorts entrance above. Gazing past the tranquility of the property is a panoramic view of the Fairmont Ridge and directly behind you are the towering craggy peaks of the Rocky Mountains.
Whether you’ve come here to splash, soak or swim – the setting offers a truly unrivalled experience. As Canada’s largest natural hot springs, Fairmont’s are among the cleanest in North America – with over 1.2 million gallons of fresh mineral-rich water flowing through the pools daily. Our pools are drained, cleaned and refilled with hot mineral spring water on a frequent basis.
The water temperature in our hot pool is maintained at a relaxing 39ºC (102°F). The water in our large swimming pool is 32ºC (89°F), and our dive pool (with low and high diving boards) is a refreshing 30ºC (86°F).
Guests of the Lodge enjoy complimentary access to the hot springs as well as access to the guest hot springs complex, which features Nordic-style hot and cold plunge pools, a steam room, a sauna and a private outdoor soaking pool.
The hot springs are open almost every day of the year, including Christmas Day. Our hot springs pool hours change intermittently, see our Rates/Schedule for details and engaging activities and events that are family-focused.
