Jeremy originally hails from Revelstoke, BC and joins the Fairmont Hot Springs Resort golf team for his second year. He previously worked as head professional at Windermere Golf Course and then worked for the prestigious Victoria Country Club on Vancouver Island before moving back to the Columbia Valley as Golf shop manager/ Head Professional at Mountainside and Riverside Golf Course in 2010. Jeremy has excellent teaching skills and is popular with students of all ages, including the Youth Golf & Adventure Camp. He is recognized as one of the best playing professionals in the region.
Peter, originally from Edinburgh, Scotland has been a long-standing member of the CPGA. Peter has served on the BCPGA board of directors and has been instrumental in the success of the BCPGA. Peter is currently the executive vice president for Fairmont Hot Springs Resort and is also Fairmont Hot Springs Resort director of golf, overseeing all the programs as a consultant to our team of teaching professionals.

After the clinic, we invite all participants to play a round at the family-friendly Creekside Par 3. Only $29 for the whole family. Little Swingers Clinics — For Juniors aged 3–7. Designed to introduce the game to these Little Swingers, we make the experience of golf as fun as possible!
We introduce some of the more challenging techniques of the short game to beginners and experienced Juniors. The second most important part of golf is getting the ball in the hole, so this clinic also teaches putting and chipping skills.
The basic fundamentals of the golf swing: set-up, grip, and posture will be addressed in this clinic for both experienced and beginner Juniors. Located at the driving range, we introduce skills in a group setting and then provide individual attention to each Junior as they hit 1,000 golf balls. This clinic includes an additional free bucket of balls to use on your next driving range visit!
Play golf in the morning and enjoy exciting adventure in the afternoon on our annual summer golf camp for children aged 7 to 13. This three day fun camp offers hands-on learning with our CPGA professional Jeremy Johnson, and outdoor adventure with an experienced BC Rockies Adventures guide.

These popular lessons are part of the new Golf Learning Centre program. Covering the basic fundamentals of the golf swing and short game in this mini golf school concept, learn how to properly use a variety of clubs and then explore short game strategies and techniques.
This populra, fun event is designed specifically for ladies only. It includes a half-hour lesson on a weekly topic, followed by a 9 hole round of golf. The fun continues afterwards at the clubhouse where participants will sample some of the region’s finest wines.
These weekend clinics cater to the lady golfer who wants to learn more about the golf swing and short game. In a comfortable, group environment open to all skill levels, learn the basics of swing, grip, and set-up fundamentals and receive personalized instruction while practicing your newly learned skills. The short game clinic will focus on chipping, pitching lob shots, sand play, and putting. These clinics are a great opportunity to ask questions and learn how to hit those difficult shots.
