Chill out in the brand new Bear's Paw Bar & Grill; it's now the premier place to meet in the Columbia Valley. Enjoy the casual ambiance of Mountain Flowers, with a wide selection of entrées it's sure to delight any palate. Poolside, stop at the bright and energetic, Misty Waters Café, for burgers and ice cream. Early risers can fuel up at Steamers in the Lodge. All are certain to satisfy your appetite for delicious food, delectable views, and an atmosphere that invites you to make yourself at home.
We also offer seasonal dining with Mountainside Clubhouse and Dapper’s Landing open at our golf courses through the summer season, and Desperados Restaurant and the Sundance Café open in the ski chalet during the winter months. Whatever your tastes — whether you’re looking for a cold beer or a family night out — we’ve got your meals taken care of!
In 2012 we published "You Be The Chef" a year of inspired recipes from Fairmont Hot Springs Resort. Featuring 12 monthly recipes presented by our Resort Executive Chef Greg Godfrey — it's essential reading for foodies.
