Fairmont Hot Springs Resort Donation Policy

We concentrate our donations within the local community and support initiatives that mesh with our corporate mission and the vision for Fairmont Hot Springs Resort. Typically, the types of organizations we support are related to Health and Wellness (including sports organizations); Environmental Initiatives; and Arts and Cultural Initiatives.

Fairmont Hot Springs Resort does not offer funding or in-kind support for:

• Third-party donation requests (groups raising money to donate to another charitable organization) 
• Endowment funds
• Debt reduction campaigns
• Religious organizations
• Private Schools
• Competitive sports teams
• Advocacy or special interest groups
• Service clubs
• Professional solicitors
• Ticket purchase for fundraising activities
• Field trips and tours
• Memberships
• Any organization that discriminates on the basis of race, religion, creed, gender, age, physical challenge or national origin.

Your donation request letter must state: Name of the group requesting the donation – including one specific contact person (name, mailing address, email address), the specific donation request, date of the event for which the donation is requested, other information you feel may be relevant.
