On a cold winter day with the fireplace blazing there is nothing better than spending an afternoon preparing a delicious soup, so you can snuggle on the couch watching a classic movie. On the other hand, eating a refreshing salad is the perfect way to end a scorching hot beach day. Thanks to Executive Chef, Greg Godfrey you can now enjoy his best seasonal recipes to make every month of the year fantastic.

Chef Greg’s calendar of recipes, ‘You be the Chef’ highlights his favorite ingredients and foods he loves to work with. He believes that cooking is not about buying the best cuts of meat or the trendy foods on the market, it’s about the various seasons and the ingredients available. ‘You be the Chef’ features soups, salads, meat entrées, casseroles and even a dessert to finish off any one of these savoury meals.

Fairmont Hot Springs Resort has a touch of Chef Greg’s flair in each one of the Resorts restaurants; Desperados, Bear’s Paw Bar & Grill, Mountain Flowers, Steamers, Mountainside Clubhouse, Dapper’s Landing and Misty Waters Café.  Children are welcome in each one of the restaurants, including Bear’s Paw Bar & Grill until 8pm.

Enjoy all the recipes of ‘You be the Chef’.  If you have any questions or would like to give feedback then just visit Facebook.com/youbethechef or pop by Fairmont Hot Springs Resort and say hello.
