Summer is here and for once the forecast looks excellent for the week ahead (including the weekend). Tuesday, June 21 marks the Summer Solstice, with the season officially arriving at 5:16pm. Spring was far from normal but there are upsides; the golf greens are as green as we've seen them, the mountains look spectacular with their summer snow cap, and there aren't many pesky bugs to bother BBQ goers. Looking around the globe it's apparent that crazy weather can no longer be considered abnormal. It's winter in New Zealand but the normally snow-covered mountains have barely seen a flake. In Arizona, record-breaking wild fires are burning across a vast area of the state. 20 degrees with a mix of sun and cloud at Fairmont Hot Springs sounds just fine to us.
